Job Description
Job Responsibility Responsibilities & duties
o Report to Clinic Manager o Provide receptionist duties at the front counter o Able to apply basic patient care o Prepare and dispense medications o Assist doctors during consultation and dental procedures (if necessary) o Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system o Able to do corporate claims o Handle all transactions including payments and ensure proper documentation o Perform basic test on patients o Operate and set up of dental equipment o Prompt for low stock medications and supplies o Maintenance of physical facility of the clinic o Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties o Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or dentist
