Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
Ensure quality controls for all finished products.
Prepare a variety of pastries such as cakes, tarts, mousses and cookies using our recipes
Monitor supplies and stocks for pastry ingredients & make appropriate orders within budgets
Maintain orderly work station & adhere to hygiene, health & safety standards
Maintain a good knowledge of pastry industry trends and changes
Constant needs for self-improvement and training
Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
Perform any other duties as assign by the Superior from time to time
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays
