Job Description
Job Responsibility
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting. Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
The role is responsible for managing daily sales and operations, maintaining reporting and highlighting opportunities to drive results for the website while providing support to E-commerce Team.
She/ he must also manage the merchandising, troubleshooting, and sales initiatives for the website.
Job Requirements
Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
Ensure quick implementation or termination of eCommerce campaigns based on performance tracking. Work closely with the marketing teams in developing, implementing, and optimizing eCommerce ads, campaigns and calendar. Keep updated with eCommerce and digital acquisition trends.
Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
Analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Perform checking and posting on intercompany billing transactions.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Branch Manager
Carry out ad hoc tasks or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior or the Company.
Keep Section Head and Manager informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely
Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner
