Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions:
- To handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts, credit terms and clarify billings issues.
- To work accounts end to end (send necessary notifications, barring, suspension, device blocking and managing delinquent accounts as per Credit Policies.
- To achieve Collections targets as per KPIs.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
- SPM with minimum 3 years relevant working experience, of which, 2 years must in a Collector's role.
- Able to handle pressure of working in fast paced Contact Centre environment.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken & written).
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office applications with keyboarding skills.
- Team player who is also able to work independently. Attention to detail.
