Job ResponsibilityAs the data entry for the plant, update data in the system for Bukit Raja and All Networks transactions related to receiving, good issue and invoice.
o Following up all purchasing including cleaning items, PPE, etc.
o Data reconciliation, including stock and inventory balances
o Ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations office-based activities
o Maintaining all filing and records
Major/Key Accountabilities
o Performing data entry transactions for daily production output in the system
o Assisting in weekly/monthly/half-yearly stock takes
o Inventory control of PPE issuance to the Operations team and re-ordering
o Strictly follow safety and health procedure of Chep Malaysia
