Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
o Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
o Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
o Provide assistance and support to company personnel
o Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
o Keeping account books and systems up to date.
o Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Requirements:
o Proficiency in MYOB Accountancy software.
o Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
o Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Adaptable to change and demonstrated capability in new challenges/environment.
o Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.
