Job Responsibility

• Co-ordinating all marketing activities across multiple e-commerce channels
• Creating new & managing existing marketing content  
• Confer with customers by chat and email to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
• Enhance and improve current process.
• Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
• Following process and procedure of the Company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply too.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and basic English
• Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of Ms. Excel, Powerpoint
• Excellent organization and management skills
• With Customer Service experience is added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and to work around scheduled timelines within a dynamic and challenging environment
