Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Handle customer enquiries.
  • Manage customer complaints.
  • Maintain good customer relationship.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, whatsapp, etc
  • Handling customer orders and delivery.
  • Support sales team to handle customer requests.
  • Provide full administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in all-round CS functions
  • Strong customer communication skills in professional and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Hebrew/English/Japanese/Korean/Mandarin.
  • Positive, self-motivated, independent and good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and Friendly service attitude.
  • CS/Marketing experience in high end service industry is highly preferred.
