Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Job Requirements
  • Basic up to RM3700
  • Working Hour: Monday - Sunday (9am - 7pm) - 5 days work
  • Rotational Shift on LAST DAY OF THE MONTH (9am - 12am)
  • Min SPM + Min 1 year Customer Service Experience
  • (Read & Write) Mandarin + English

Job Benifits
