Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Records customer inquiries
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Calling to confirm appointments for the next day
  • Making appointments and scheduling

Job Requirements
  • Malaysian only.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Immediate intake.
  • Must possess at least a SPM
  • Fresh graduates/candidates with or without relevant working experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Training will be provided.

Job Benifits

Remunerations

  • Basic (RM2,500 to RM3,000) Negotiable and depend on interview performance with relevant working experienced.
  • Allowances (up to RM900)*
  • Annual leave 16 days per annum*
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS

Working Hours

  • Rotational shift basis (8:00am - 8:00pm)
  • Maximum 6 working days OR 48 working hours per week
  • Working shift only disclose once the training complete and depend on Operation arrangement.
