Job Responsibility

• Attend to fiber inbound calls from customers.
• Attend to customers to resolve issues by providing the right solution or troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent customer service handling and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a goal oriented environment.
• Able to work during weekends, 5 days work per week.
• Customer satisfaction orientation.
