Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers
  • Handling phone call, live chat & email for Hong Kong Market
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM level
  • Language Required:  Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese & English (read and write) 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Platinum Sentral 
  • Willing to work on Weekend & Public Holidays 
  • Working time: 9am to 6pm 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
