Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • To answer all calls and queries from the customers and to be able to respond in a timely manner
  • To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Answer all inquiries via the various marketing channels.
  • Complaint Management - determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements
  • Must have a cheerful and positive attitude
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malay (Mandarin would be an advantage), and writing skills, able to relate to our clients needs
  • Have a great attitude, willing to learn and expand your knowledge and to have a growth mentality.
