Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Able to handle incoming customer enquiries over the electronic channels (e.g. Emails, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)  or handle walk-in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and be accountable to handle customer issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Possess reasonably strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems and recommend solutions; ability to manage complaint and irate customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
  • Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail;
  • Able to identify sales opportunity through communication with customers;
  • Able to persuade and willing to perform sales.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
  • Preferably, diploma holders with a minimum of 2 years working experience in nonvoice customer service preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong questioning and listening skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
  • Good knowledge of social media lingo and terms
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain professional, confident and patient at all times.
  • Able to type with speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Malaysians

Job Benifits


  • RM 1850 - RM2850 per month (Basic)
  • Allowances (Commission, Language, Shift, Overtime, Bonus, EPF/ SOCSO, etc…)

Working hours:

  •  24/7 Shift Pattern, must be able to work on rotational shift, including working on weekends & Public Holidays
  • Willingness to work extra hours whenever is required
  • Work up to 48 hours a week with minimum of one rest day per week..
