Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Records customer inquiries
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Calling to confirm appointments for the next day
  • Making appointments and scheduling

Job Requirements
  • Malaysian only.
  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Certified in medical or equivalent will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduates/candidates with or without relevant working experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Having a good command of English
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Training will be provided.
