Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Handling of incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer's needs.
  • Provide customer support using the English language via phone or email.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
  • Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

Job Requirements
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English is a must
  • Candidates must be willing to work on 24/7 rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates who are interested in Customer Service are welcome to apply
