Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Handling customer.
  • Honest because will handle cash.
  • Introduce and demonstrate our product.
  • Attend to customer enquiries politely.
  • Attending customer or client through mobile phone, social media platform.
  • Greet people when they ask at facebook, message, whatsapp etc.
  • Compiling database
  • Suggest upsell programs to customers based on the programs they have chosen
  • Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support

Job Requirements
  • Willing to learn and to be train.
  • Able to work in a team, high teamwork tolerance.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and night up to 10 pm.
  • Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Presentable, hardworking and positive interpersonal.
  • High desire and dedication to achieve target sales.
  • High self motivation.
