Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Attend to customer daily service needs/walk in enquiries
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Provide costing and brief customer about thier service routine
  • Perform daily follow up call with customer
  • Perform service reminder to customers
  • Able to work independently, prepare estimate repair cost, follow up work progress and update customer
  • Promoting service and parts sales
  • Follow up on spare parts order
  • Collection of payment
  • Other duties assigned by superior
  • Preferable with Service Advisor background

Job Requirements
  • Minimun SPM or Diploma and above
  • At least 1 years of working experience in related field & preferably from automotive industry
  • Good command and written in English and B. Malaysia
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday 9am - 5pm
