Job Description
Job Responsibility
Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints
Providing customers with product information, take orders and process return order
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
Determining the cause of the problem (courier/shipment and product), selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problem, and following up to ensure resolution is made up to standard
Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customers' information
Job Requirements
Prefer who can speak in Mandarin
Able to work overtime
At least age 21-26 years old
Non-smoker & Non-alcoholic
Good communication skill
Team player, always take initiative and able to work under a pressure environment
