Job Description
Job Responsibility
Oversee a full spectrum of Human Resource and administration responsibilities including payroll, recruitment, learning & development, IR, compensation & benefits and daily office administration
Handle and prepare Human Resource and admin related correspondences and documentation on accordance to Human Resources practices and company guidelines
Compilation and preparation of Human Resources reports - staff headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, incentives, etc
Coordinate the company policies & employee guidebook
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
manage the recruitment and selection process including conducting first interviews
Develop and manage an employee grading system that includes both quantitative and qualitative metrics and KPIs
Ensure legal compliance with all employment and labour laws including conducting and managing domestic inquiries if required
Conducting exit interviews and provide analysis and reporting for management improvement
Job Requirements
Candidate must prossess at least a Degree in Human Resources or related field
Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
In-depth knowledge of employment and labour law and HR best practices
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Able to multi-task, detailed oriented and good in problem solving
