Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Dealing with agent by call or whatsapps smartphone/personal computer (PC) /laptop or in person to provide information about details of agent.
  • Obtain agent data accurately
  • Get feedback agent through company system information (CSI)
  • Plan monthly activities for agents
  • Send agents report weekly basis
  • Conduct training through virtual or offline for agent.
  • Be an intermediary between agent & HQ
  • Ensure that every agent is satisfied with the company's service to the client.
  • Meet and greet client come to the office
  • Conduct training and development sessions to agent according to company modules.
  • Record and keep agent data and report to manager during time given.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or higher.
  • Fluent in communication
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Can conduct the learning development activities
  • Able to conduct virtual online activities such as Online Zoom Meeting, Live Sesssion.
  • Preferably with outspoken personality.
  • Presentable outlook and personality.
  • Customer Service experience is added advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply too.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
