Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Manage enquiries via e-mails, phone calls, Whatsapp or online Messaging
  • Monitor Service Units despatch and received
  • Daily data entry, billing and filing of Service cases, and follow up on Service Cases for clients/customers
  • Receiving and Creating RMA shipments 
  • Packing of Service Set
  • Plan and Coordinate with Logistics Department on flow of service sets to customers/outlets
  • Assist with any functions of the day to day operations in Customer Service Department
