Job Responsibility

• Assist with all online inquiries via social media (FB, IG, TikTok) promptly and professionally to improve customer conversions and customer service.
• Assist with the sales and marketing team to place, and track orders via our system and update customers
• Follow-up/ after-sales service with customers
• Have the opportunity to grow and learn the digital marketing side as well

Job Requirements

• Fluent in writing & communicating in both Mandarin & English
• Aggressive, patient, and responsible
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Have a high enthusiasm for digital marketing/ e-commerce
