Job Description
Job Responsibility
Strategies, plan, and review manpower resources at organizational level to support business and organizational growth
Review and prepare related policies, SOPs, and workflow
Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check, onboarding and offboarding
Handle employee relationship, grievances and staff disciplinary issue, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws.
Training employees and monitoring performance.
Prepare employee records like attendance, leave records, details, performance, disciplinary records and others
Keeping business documents organised and secure.
Scheduling activities on the company calendar.
Distributing reports, memos, and other correspondence to departments.
Taking dictations and minutes during meetings.
Ensuring that business files are accurate
Job Requirements
Have at least 2 years experience in Human Resources Management
Have a diploma / degree in Human Resources Management
Good communication skill
