Job Responsibility

• Handle incoming enquiries (WhatsApp & Facebook)
• Input daily sales data
• Work closely with marketing team
• After sales customer service

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal (Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Possess minimum SPM or diploma holders
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced working under targets and KPI
• Have 1 year working experience in customer service
