Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Manage customer's order
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Requirements
  • The minimum education required: SPM
  • Have working experience 
  • Can do multiple tasks at one time 
  • Can work overtime 
  • Quick to learn and can follow instructions
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.

Job Benifits
  • Basic salary: RM 1200 -RM 2500
