Job Responsibility

• Call prospects to share mortgage and financial planning ideas.
• Find new prospects via cold call/social media/real estate tie-up/referral.
• Focus on bank loans and financial management.
• Arrange for a lawyer to prepare for Sales & Purchase and Loan Agreements.
• Call valuers and bankers to check market value and negotiate interest rate.

Job Requirements

• Prefer candidates with 1 years working experience in  sales or banking related field
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Team Spirit
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin language will be advantage.
• Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
