Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Handing online chat about customer’s enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company services.
  • Providing high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer enquiries and complaint at first contact where possible.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work on rotational shift (24 hour), in weekends and public holiday.
  • Candidate must be able to speak and type fluently in Mandarin (Traditional and simplified) preferred with basic English conversation skills as the role required to deal with Taiwan customer.
  • Positive attitude, team oriented and service minded.
