Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Understanding customer needs and providing the best resolution
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (live chat & email)

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM level
  • Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (verbal & written)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in either one of the location: Sunway Velocity 
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift basis
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
