Job Responsibility

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set
• Engage customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM with 1 year of experience in telemarketing
• Must be able to speak in English fluently
• Willing to work 5 days a week on a rotational basis
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
