Job Responsibility

• Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers
• Handling live chat & email for Taiwan Market
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM level
• Language Required:  English and traditional Mandarin (verbal & written)
• Applicants must be willing to work in either one of the location: KL Sentral, Ampang Park or Sunway Velocity 
• Willing to work on rotational shift basis
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
