Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying business opportunities with retail and corporate clients which involves prospecting, selling and closing new/existing business proposals in order to ensure delivery of sales and revenue targets. The role will be responsible to establish new accounts and actively organizing sales activities to drive sales growth and business expansion. Responsible for developing effective account plans and be able to establish networking relationships with clients in various market segment.
Sales Planning & Implementation
o Develop and implement specific sales plans to ensure that revenue targets are achieved.
o Prepare and coordinate the sales planning schedule and sales activities calendar.
o Actively organizing sales activities and proactive in developing initiatives to promote and expand client database.
o Monitor sales activities, coordinate and follow up on implementation and execution to capitalize on potential business leads.
Organizational Management
o Proactive to gather market intelligence, understanding competitor's activities and be able to drive incremental sales growth.
o Manage and foster client relationship management and actively build strong relationships based on knowledge of clients requirements to harness future business opportunities.
o Consolidate sales plans and strategize opportunities by implementing appropriate initiatives and action plans to address performance gaps.
Financial Management
o Achieve sales and profitability targets for the delivery of sales in order to meet the financial and business objectives of the company.
o Periodically monitor the actual sales performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will lead to the achievement of financial targets.
