Job Responsibility1. Support Human Resource policies and objectives to create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
2. Coordinating HR matters for crews.
3. Sourcing potential candidate that meets requirements by the authority, clients and company before proposing to the HOD.
4. Plan and manage to conduct an interview for the potential candidate with the respective interviewer panel.
5. Verify all crew certificates and documentation is in compliance with the requirement from regulatory bodies and clients prior arranging them to join the vessel.
6. Preparing crew employment contract.
7. Plan and manage crew schedule and inform them in advance to shorten standby days and smooth arrangement of joining the vessel
8. Liaising with the Training, HSE and other related department for crew's briefing and training additionally providing list of crews attending prior the briefing/training started.
9. Internalize and support the Company's HSE Philosophy and Policy by strictly complying and implementing the HSE initiatives at all times.
10. Update crews' matrix.
11. Update crews' working hours and schedule.
12. Responsible for work permit application.
13. Responsible for safety passport application.
14. To perform ad hoc duties given by superior from time to time.
