Job Responsibility

1. Manage collection including cash, direct debits, bank transfer, cheques and cards
2. Issue official receipts, refund & credit note
3. Liaise with customers and the sales team
4. Prepare aging and other reports for HOD's
5. Contact customers for payment overdue
6. Generate statement, reminder letter & initial legal letter
7. Responding to client inquiries
8. Travelling require
9. Any other duties assigned by HOD's from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Preferably candidate who possess at least a Degree, LCCI or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 1 year experience in Account & retails or any related field.
3. Fresh Grade are welcome to join
4. Required language: English and Mandarin. Mandarin reader is a must as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker internal & external customer.
5. Well-verse with any Accounting Software.
6. Microsoft Office & IT-savvy, comfortable working with systems.
7. Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
8. Willing to be base in Kulai, Johor.
