? Evaluate the brand needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for
all campaigns across all platforms
? Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
? Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
? Mentoring and supervising creative team members
o Looking for ways to improve creative department processes , Improves quality results
by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and recommending changes to art,
copywriting, and production departments
? Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the brand direction
? Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative
thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally
responsible manner.
? Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
? Obtains Managing Director approval by presenting final layout to the director
? Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that
effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
? Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
? Manage and cultivate the career development of creative staff members
? Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assign by management
