Job Description
Job Responsibility
Plan, coordinate and execute sponsored content operations for clients to effectively deliver quality contents and results that meets or exceeds their expectation (for the Lobak Merah portal).
Reviews, submits for approval, and revises written or video material to meet personal standards and satisfy needs of client, publisher, director, or producer.
Write effective advertorial pieces that will engage with our audience while subtly market client's promotion through creative content.
Strategize and explore new initiatives to further grow our audience and improve engagement through content.
Assist the video team whenever required.
Assist the editorial team on daily contents whenever required.
Be updated with the latest and trending news locally and internationally.
Proofread final draft of content and edit copy to ensure fitness for publishing.
Be sharp and ever ready to write and publish potentially trending stories as it happens.
Job Requirements
Prefer candidates with 2 years Experienced in the field of copywriting, editorial or content marketing.
Excellent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and understand English (Mandarin is a plus).
Meticulous and have a strong attention to detail.
Must have an eye for story-hooks; to be able to determine articles which are able to capture the audience's attention.
Must be diligent and have respect for deadlines.
Able to work efficiently in a team or individually and deliver quality content with little supervision.
Able to work long hours whenever required during urgent campaigns (i.e. pushing out a time sensitive sponsored article).
