Job Responsibility- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering in details.
- Answer inquiries from customers related to our product and services.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Build and cultivate relationship with customers by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communication via phone calls.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities.
- To advise customers and to close sales base on their needs and capabilities.
- Responsible to always keep an updated customer database.
- Always strive towards meeting sales target consistently based on the project assigned.
- To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly targets are met.
