Job Responsibility1. Report to Corporate Affairs Manager
2. Analysis, planning and execution of Corporate Governance & Corporate Liability regulatory strategy
3. Draft and help manage the procedure and process flow related to corporate Affairs Department
4. Support Corporate Affairs Department on the execution of projects, including ESS, Wellness CSR and Annual internal / external audits
5. Operative tasks for self-audit for assigned portfolio in accordance with corporate and management strategies
6. Monitor progress of submissions and coordinate timely response to all questions from the internal / external auditors
7. Ensure that the regulatory policy is up to date to reflect the current registration status or regulatory requirements and compliance with Company compliance policies, principles and procedures
8. Support internal / external Annual Audit report and readiness
9. To facilitate the Corporate Planning process and manage developmental projects within the organization
10. To support and translate the organization's strategy and priorities inti action plan, working laterally within various stakeholders and vertically across various units
11. Apply operational excellence concepts to plan and advise the Management by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing data, findings, leading to benchmarking and cascading of best practices
