Job Responsibility? Maintain cleanliness for the kitchen area, food preparation area, food storage area, restaurant equipment, and utensils.
? Maintain sufficient food stock and products at line station to ensure smooth operation.
? Assist other team members during the food preparation process to ensure the team meets the daily deadline given by the Chef/Manager.
? Uphold a high level of hygiene and consistency during food preparation are according to standards.
? Clean all equipment and report to the chef, if any of equipments is/, are malfunctioning.
? Carry out any additional responsibilities as given by Chef.
