Job Responsibility

• Mixing, preparing and baking cakes and pastries.
• Leading and involving in the Research and Development for new products and new recipe
• Ensuring all cakes and pastries are completed on time
• Measuring or weighing flour or other ingredients to prepare fillings or whipped cream, using scales or graduated containers
• Cleaning all baking equipment 
• Ensuring product quality for cakes and pastries
