Scope of Work:
- General conveyancing and advisory works in real estate matters
- Banking and security arrangements, corporate and consumer loans
- Advising on property development projects
- Leases and tenancies
Requirement:
- Law degree holder with professional legal certificate or equivalent legal qualification
- Bar qualification, Certificate in Legal Practice or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum of 2 years legal expertise/experience in banking, conveyancing and real estate
transactions
- Computer literate and good computing skills
- Good communications/negotiable skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese conversant will be added advantage)
- Hardworking, committed and responsible and able to work independently
- Driving license holder (for car) and have own transport (added advantage)
- Able and willing to travel for work purpose
