Job ResponsibilityResponsibility:
1. Taking off quantities
2. Prepare and forecast the cost estimation / budget
3. Contract Administrator
4. Prepare contracts budgets or any adjustment budget
5. Prepare tender documents, contract documents, Bills of Quantities and other documents
6. Evaluating tenders and quotation submitted by Subcontractor and / or Supplier
7. Prepare report for subcontractor award and monitor approval
8. Prepare Subcontractor work order and related documents
9. Measure and Value the work done on site
10. Arrange monthly payment Certificate and pay Subcontractors
11. Prepare for monthly contractual claims to Client / Consultants
12. Monitor and attend site evaluation with Consultants and Certificate
13. Prepare Bill of quantities for Variation Order, submit for approval
14. Prepare for contractual final claims to Client / Consultants
15. Monitor materials usage and wastages
16. Manage and record for all contract related correspondence and documents
Requirements:-
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
2. Min 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Able to start working immediately will be an added advantages.
