Job Description

Job Responsibility

 Live Chat

  • Reply inquiries via live chat to the seller from MY and SG.
  • To assist the seller regarding payment/logistic.
  • Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign

Content Team

  • To do QA & QC for the SKU type of product 
  • To ensure all categories been tag on the right segment.
  • Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign 

Payment Team 

  • Monitor payment transactions and conduct consolidation of transactions 
  • Manage all payment channels, handle payment-related records, reports and contracts 
  • Work with the Customer Support teams to handle user inquiries and troubleshooting of payment-related issues 
  • Document payment processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement
  • Develop new payment channels 
  • Act as the focal point of contact with the technical team for payment channel integrations

Fraud Team 

  • To Know your Customer (EKYC) 
  •  Investigate anomalies in our transaction and logged data throughout customer journey 
  • Detect fraudulent activities on e-commerce transactions, based on detailed data and learned patterns
  •  Respond to customer inquiries on fraud measures taken
  •  Point out potential weakness in products, systems, processes, etc
  •  Identify new types of fraudulent activity and pattern.
  •  Recommend feasible preventive/corrective measure

Job Requirements
  • Good writing skills and able to converse well in English and Malay.
  • Open for Both (Diploma & Degree) Fresh graduates.
  • SPM/STPM with an experienced applicant are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in email writing, conversation and messenger discussion.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  •  Driven and motivated ? Has a passion for the e-Commerce industry.
  • Able to commit to 6 months contract duration.
  • Open to work in rotational shift.
  • Must have a stable internet connection at the house (as currently WFH) until further noticed
