Job Responsibility1) Update Master Data whenever there is request on the change to Supplier, Customer and item.
2) Extract data from system regarding the changes made to Master Data on monthly basic and reports to CI's Executive.
3) Support CI's Executive to analyse data and report to CI's Manager if there any discrepancies.
4) Assist on housekeeping of the system.
5) Filing changes to Master Data Application Form.
6) Assist CI's Executive in filing of ISO9001 & 14001.
7) Ensure form and documents are up to date and reflected in the Master List.
8) To involve with the preparation of internal and external ISO audit.
9) To support Manager on the branding/marketing items to promote and market DENKA name's and uplifting corporate image.
10) To assist CI's Executive on maintaining DCSM official website and YouTube account.
