Job ResponsibilityJOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Responsible for planning, development and writing persuasive copy and content for
social media posting, email marketing and SMS campaigns, sales collaterals, videos,
and blogs.
2. Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to
ensure standards and engaging contents.
3. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original
content (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
4. Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the
company website.
5. Research and recommend videos for content based on what has been discussed and
agreed upon.
6. Deliver content in different social media platform formats (word limits, hashtags and
emojis).
7. Provide content for inspiration for distributors (video/ copywriting/ poster/ caption).
8. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products and the services. Staying up to
date on industry trends to support content development.
9. Completing writing projects, meeting datelines and following content requirements in
terms of style and project specifications.
10. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaign.
11. Preparing content or copywriting to blast sms and emails.
12. Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the
company website.
13. Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the
target audience.
14. Working with content personnel to build editorial calendars.
15. Proofreading content before publication for errors and inconsistencies.
16. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
17. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
18. Creating and scheduling posts for multiple social media channels.
19. Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood.
20. Editing and polishing content/existing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is
on point, also to improve readability.
21. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in
messaging, branding and style.
22. Do "Live" session in HQ pages or any other platform according to the schedule that
has been set.
23. Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO POSITION HOLDER
Qualification : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/
Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism
or related field.
Experience : At least 1 years' experience.
Skills :-
o Good written, verbal and editing communication in Bahasa Melayu and
English.
o High passionate and desperate in generating ideas and attract crowd
of all level of audience.
o Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
o Excellent writing and editing skills.
o Effective communication skills.
o A portfolio of published articles.
o Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
o Familiarity with web publications.
o Working knowledge of content management systems.
o Experience doing research using multiple sources.
o The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
o The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (example
WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
o Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency
and a positive attitude.
o Ability to meet deadlines.
o Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
