Job ResponsibilityPosition Summary
The Content Development Executive will assist in the maintenance of all content used by the foodpanda shared services team. This is a junior executive role in the organisation and the position is responsible for continuously upgrading content to reflect the company's commitment to customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the maintenance of accurate articles:
-Supports the uploads of updated macros and other content to multiple internal platforms
-Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Able to work on multiple projects independently or in a team while delivering within deadlines
Support articles updates in line with latest SOP releases:
-Keep abreast of monthly SOP updates and assist Manager to update relevant content accordingly
-Ensure that SOP updates are accurate and uploaded in a timely manner
Liaising with local teams for translations:
-Proofreading and vetting of all Thai translated content
-Monitor content translations, ensure completion within strict deadlines
Assist Manager with other tasks on an ad hoc basis:
-Support Manager with ongoing projects on an ad hoc basis
Requirements: External Only
Good Thai and English communication skills. Must be able to read, write and edit Japanese language proficiently
Meticulous and high attention to detail
Can adhere to strict deadlines
