Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
-Ensure complied with statutory requirements for clients. Incorporation of company, filing of accounts, annual returns, strike off, share transfer, resolution and other statutory records to SSM and other statutory bodies are within the stipulated time frame.
-Ensure all statutory documents and minutes are filed into the minutes book and are filed within the stipulated time frame.
-Maintain proper record of statutory books and updated accordingly.
-Drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration / Corporate Management or any other equivalent academic background.
-Possess with SSM secretary license will be advantages.
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in corporate secretarial firm.
-Detailed and organised and with good planning skills.
