- Keep assigned vehicles free from damage, in acceptable condition, and consistently clean in a manner.
-You must ensure that the vehicle is in proper and safe condition prior to use and accept responsibility to report any damage or mechanical malfunctions that exist.
-Maintain an excellent driving record and a valid driving license must be presented throughout employment.
-You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to secure and safeguard the vehicle until it is returned to the designated location;
-Run official errands, including dispatch and collection of correspondence & documents and materials;
-Delivery and pickup of items, documentation ensuring accurate capture of what the item/documentation is with obtaining proper signatures of who requested and who received;
-Required to travel outside from the Klang Valley especially to Terengganu or other locations;
-Support time to time tasks assigned by your Superior.
