Job Description
Job Responsibility
Familiar with routes and road safety laws within Malaysia and Singapore with excellent and safe driving skills.
Proficiency by using Google map, Waze, etc. device and applications.
Check climate, traffic and different route every time before travelling so that to know the best path to take.
To ensure assigned vehicle is under well maintained and safe condition, and keeping the exterior and interior of the vehicle clean at all times.
Carrying out a daily inspection and performing minor repair and maintenance if necessary, and refueling the vehicle.
Carrying out a routine inspection and maintenance work of the assigned vehicle like changing the oil and batteries, checking the brakes, wiper, air pressure, tires and engine.
Keeping a record of maintenance, repair, location travelled, time is taken and working hours.
Safely driving the car and responsible for reporting any damages on assigned vehicle immediately.
Sometimes have to work as a personal assistant providing service to the employer besides traditional driving duties and responsibilities.
Undertakes other assignments that may be given by the employer from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess a valid driving license with no criminal and reckless driving record.
Possess a valid Malaysian passport.
SPM/ certificate or other relevant qualifications
Punctual and good discipline.
Self-motivated, highly responsible and flexible.
Honest, well mannered, reliable, neat looking and clean.
Non-smoking
Willing to work long hours, including weekends and Public Holiday when required.
Willing to travel outstation as and when required.
Able to communicate and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to start work immediately.
