Job ResponsibilityThe Job:
1. Monitor report and suggest solution to contributor related issues via Email, Live Chat, discord, and forums.
2. Monitor forums, emails, blogs and social media for feedback, knowledge enhancement, industry trends and suggestions to improve operations.
3. Reply to questions posted by Contributors via forums, site-mail, social media or email in a satisfactory manner.
4. Compile payment details and issue payment to Contributors via all available channels and oversee Contributor payment mechanisms/payment operations.
5. Negotiate and securing Content contract.
6. Assist in replying high level questions pasted by Contributors via email, live chat in satisfactory manner.
The Person:
1. At least 2 years of working experience in the community or customer support field.
2. Sensitive to competitor's and industry news.
3. Positive work attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
4. Able to work well under pressure and accepts criticism positively.
